Pricing Policy, Shipping and Handling All prices are correct at the time of publishing E&OE. Goods stocked and/or purchased in our retail centres may be priced differently to goods on our website. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are shown including VAT. Ex VAT prices are also shown for business comparison purposes. All goods remain the property of Intellect Computers Ltd. until full payment is received. Prices are subject to change without notice. Specifications are subject to change without notice. We despatch Goods to U.K. addresses only. A choice of delivery methods is shown at point of order and costs are then calculated on a weight basis. You have the option to change methods or cancel your order at this time. We try our best to deliver online orders for in stock items very promptly although on our standard delivery plans dates and times of delivery cannot be guaranteed. More urgent guaranteed and/or insured deliveries can normally be arranged at extra cost. Please call us on 0161 429 9911 and ask us about the available options if you need your order very urgently. Despatch normally takes place on the next working day after order is received. This means that you should receive your order within a maximum of 5 working days from order on our standard delivery plan (or 3 working days on our overnight insured option). Proof of despatch will be provided upon request, although it should be noted that goods in transit insurance is not included in our standard delivery charge therefore all transit risks are solely the customers responsibility. Overnight Insured Courier delivery means that the goods are covered up to full value and will normally be delivered the next working day after despatch. In keeping with standard practice only Mon-Fri are considered working days for despatch and delivery purposes. We cannot be responsible for any delay which may occur, although where possible we will keep you informed. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR COURIERS WILL NOT DELIVER TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS THAN THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY ADDRESS. Any shortages on delivery MUST BE REPORTED IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Please note that much of our stock is held in central warehousing facilities, therefore please check in store availability before making a journey to us. All orders, once placed, are considered firm and any subsequent cancellations which are allowed by us will be subject to a 25% handling fee in respect of administration costs and loss of profits. Goods must be returned to us at the customers expense. CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 Notice is hereby given that under the above regulations consumers are allowed a 7 day "cooling off" period during which they may exercise their right to cancel the contract in respect of certain goods and services. This does not apply to business to business transactions, nor does it apply to certain products which we supply including, but not limited to, computer software which has been opened and custom built computers and systems. Additionally it is an express condition of our contract that should you wish to exercise your right of cancellation you must return the goods to us at your own expense in unopened and resalable condition. |
